Tortilla with herb cream cheese, thin sliced veal rib-eye and cream of
tuna fish with capers, shallots, black olives, garden cress and lemon

Bouillabaisse; selection of fresh sea fish and scampi in fish stock flavoured
with star anise and white wine, glass noodles and summer vegetables

Grilled fillet of Norwegian salmon enriched with bergamot crystals,
clams, broccoli and home made risotto with lime and basil

Roasted sirloin steak and strudel of potato, onion and tarragon,
stir fried bean sprouts and a flan of young pies and rosemary

Grilled and lightly pickled cutlet of free-range pig (350 grams),
seasonal vegetables, pommes frites and red wine butter
